Chris is a Pasadena native and a recent graduate from the University of Denver. He attended Valentine Elementary in San Marino, St Phillips in Pasadena and St. Francis High School in La Canada Flintridge. He joins the Steve Davis Team to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate and improve our clients’ experience.

Over 12-years experience in the real estate industry, Ann Marie is diversified in many aspects of real estate such as project and transaction management, marketing and social media, finance, sales, REO’s, and Trustee sales, as well as Probate and Trusts. Prior to real estate, Ann Marie’s career began as a paralegal with an emphasis on Probate, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Corporate and Family Law. Working at the right-hand of attorneys helped developed her core with contractual dealings and legal protocol in transactions which she strongly applies throughout each escrow.
